(1) Trading Fee Discounts: Preferred, Gold, Platinum, & Black cardholders who maintain the required number of ZOOM tokens for each trading fee discount level and surrender ZOOM tokens at the time of placing trades on the exchange.

(2) Card Rewards Back: Cardholders will receive 0.5% - 5% in Card Rewards (ZOOM tokens) for qualifying purchases, depending on the number of ZOOM tokens they maintain in their accounts at the time of each purchase. The following types of transactions are excluded from the ZOOM Rewards program calculation: Transactions in digital wallets, digital banking services, crypto exchanges, stored value products, gift cards, and money remittance services. The list of qualified merchants is subject to change by CoinZoom® at its sole discretion. *Restriction of ZOOM Rewards Program and Restricted Markets for CoinZoom Visa Card: The ZOOM Rewards Program is currently not available in certain markets due to local regulations. Additionally, purchases made with your CoinZoom Visa Card under certain Merchant Category Codes (MCC) will not earn ZOOM rewards, regardless of your location. Below is a list of the restricted MCC codes where ZOOM rewards cannot be earned: MCC 4829 - Money Orders (Wire Transfer), MCC 6010 – Financial Institutions Manual Cash Disbursements, MCC Code 6011 (ATM Transactions). MCC 6012 - Financial Institutions (Merchandise and Services), MCC 6051 - Non-Financial Institutions (Foreign Currency, Money Orders (not wire transfer), Travelers Cheques), MCC 6211 - Security Brokers/Dealers, MCC 6540 – Stored Value Card Purchase/Load, MCC 9211 – Court Costs (including alimony and child support), MCC 9311 – Tax Payments. Rewards will be paid on the first $5,000 per month on the following MCC codes: MCC 5200 - Home Supply, Warehouse Stores, MCC 5310 - Discount Stores, MCC 5331 - Variety Stores, MCC 5399 - Miscellaneous General Merchandise Stores, MCC 5411 - Grocery Stores, Supermarkets, MCC 5541 - Service Stations, MCC 5912 - Drug Stores and Pharmacies and MCC 5943 - Office, School Supply and Stationery Stores. The following MCC code merchants are blocked from use with the CoinZoom Visa Debit card: MCC 7297 – Massage Parlors, MCC 7800 - Government-Owned Lotteries, MCC 7995 - Betting (including lottery tickets, chips at a casino, off-track betting, and wagers), MCC 7801 - Government-licensed casinos and online gambling, MCC 7802 - Government Licensed Horse/Dog Racing and MCC 9754 - Gambling-Horse Racing Dog Racing. (3) ZoomMe® Global: Worldwide peer-to-peer fiat money transfer. The daily limit is based on the number of Zoom Tokens held, not the card level.

(4) Free Wire Transfer: As long as the customer owns the minimum number of Zoom Tokens required for the Black Level, the customer will not be charged for wire transfers.

(5) AirDrop Eligible: CoinZoom® Visa Rewards members are eligible for new coin listing and other promotional airdrops.

(6) Insufficient Funds Fee: A fee of $0.50 will be charged for each CoinZoom Visa Debit Card transaction that is attempted and subsequently rejected due to insufficient funds. Customers are allowed up to six (6) insufficient funds transactions per calendar month without incurring a fee. After this grace period, a $0.50 fee will be applied to each additional insufficient funds transaction within the same month.
